王庆海，男，证券投资研究中心主任 ，2001年于获美国Ohio State University金融学博士学位，美国Georgia Institute of Technology管理学院教授，山东大学经济学院流动岗教授，合作博士生导师。主要研究投资决策与资产选择，委托组合投资管理中的代理问题，公司决策与公司治理，公司股利政策等。在Journal of Financial Economics，Journal of Finance，Journal of Corporate Finance，Journal of Business，Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis等国际重要期刊发表论文多篇。

Qinghai Wang joined the College of Management at Georgia Tech in the fall of 2007. His areas of teaching and research interests are theories and empirical methods of investment decision making and asset pricing. His research focuses on the investment decisions and portfolio choices of institutional and individual investors and the impact of their behaviors on asset prices and market efficiency.

Professor Wang's works have been published in theJournal of Finance, Journal of Financial Economics, Journal of Business, andJournal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis. He has presented his research at various academic conferences and His work has been cited in news publications such as theNew York Timesand theCFOmagazine.
